1 General Provisions

3 Account Verification

The ci99 platform follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure security and prevent fraud. We may request identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any time we consider it necessary.

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New ci99 members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The bonus is calculated as follows:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more → Maximum ৳8,000 bonus → Total balance ৳20,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Only one welcome bonus applies per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• ci99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the entire balance may be forfeited.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, all such accounts will be closed.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is only considered final once confirmation is received from the ci99 system. Bets left unconfirmed due to network issues may be cancelled and the stake returned.

6.2 Bet Types

ci99 offers various types of bets across multiple sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi — such as match winner, total runs, handicap, in-play, and more. Each market has its own applicable rules.

6.3 Event Cancellation & Changes

If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will generally be returned. However, in certain special circumstances — such as suspension due to weather or an official decision — partial results may be used. ci99 reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.

6.4 Technical Errors

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, ci99 reserves the right to void those bets. ci99 is not obligated to pay out winnings from bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

7 Casino & Gaming Rules

The ci99 casino section offers live casino, slot games, and other table games. The following rules apply to casino games:

• Each game has its own rules, which will be displayed before the game begins.
• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which ensures fair play.
• If the network connection is lost, the game state will be saved in the system and can be resumed once reconnected.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, ci99 reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and return the stake.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ci99 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Operating an account under a false or another person's identity
• Placing fraudulent bets with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions
• Coordinating with other users to create artificial outcomes (match fixing)
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users

10 Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting ci99 support. All active bets must be settled and any applicable withdrawals completed before the account is closed.

10.2 Suspension by ci99

ci99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions or suspicious activity
• Failure to cooperate with verification or providing false information
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority
• Extended period of inactivity

The genuine (bonus-free and conditions-met) balance of a permanently closed account will be returned, though this may not apply in cases of terms violations.
